Return Policy
OtakuWear quality-checks items before customer dispatch. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order, contact support quickly with photos.
Quality issue
Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order ID.
Size issue
Selected size is saved in checkout and admin. If the wrong size is sent, support will review the order snapshot.
Change requests
Product, size, or address changes should be requested before sourcing starts. After sourcing starts, changes may not always be possible.
Non-returnable cases
Used, washed, damaged-by-customer, or late-reported items may not be eligible for return support.
