OtakuWear collects only the information needed to run customer accounts, checkout, delivery, support, and order tracking.
Account data
Google/email login is handled through Firebase Authentication. We use account email to attach orders to the correct customer.
Order data
Checkout stores name, phone, address, area, landmark, map link, selected size, item snapshot, and delivery instructions.
Admin notifications
Order details may be sent to the store owner through WhatsApp/email for fulfillment. Supplier links are internal admin information.
Data protection
Firestore rules restrict database reads and writes to the configured service account. Public APIs return customer-safe product data.
Customer requests
Customers can contact support to ask about their order information or request correction of delivery details.
